I hope this happens to me eventually. I’ve been on Omeprazole for over 15 years now. Been on keto for just over 2 months. I’ve tried a couple times to skip a pill, and it’s better than it was before, but by 5 pm I’m burping and can feel the burning starting. Hi, Does anyone know how daily intake od omeprazole and other PPIs affect the Keto? Does it slow down or stall the weight loss? I have been taking omeprazole magnesium daily for the last 5 years and while I am on Keto, I dont feel the need to take it daily, but once in 2-3 days and I am really happy about it and almost avoid tums at all.
