I haven't had any of the usual shortness of breath, fatigue, headaches, etc. this go round. The biggest benefit is I've been able to drink this and then workout with PLENTY of energy. OMG! This is a great product! I have been on a keto diet since 2017, and keto people know how important your daily electrolyte intake is. It’s been a challenge for me adding Sodium salt and potassium salt to my water and drinking it all day! LMNT is a game changer!
